More »Before I meet Jeff I had a very smart, stubborn dog who always had to show that he was the alpha dog, especially outside. He always pulled on the leash, chased after birds, and was on his own agenda. At the first session, it was amazing to see how Jeff had my 1yr 4mth old high energy dog walking without pulling chasing or jumping. All of this without using any treats. Jeff seems to know what dogs think and why they do the things they do. This is helping me to become a much better owner for my dog. Now after 4th sessions walking my dog has become so much easier. I am amazed by Jeff. He is excellent at what he does. He is not a dog trainer, he is a dog psychologist. I was able to notice a difference in my dogs within 3 minutes. I have 2 dogs who are very stubborn, and one of them with some fear-aggression issues. One of my dogs would not even walk past another dog\'s front door. I would literally have to carry him past the door. Now he walks right past it as if it were never a problem. I am now the dogs\' leader. They listen to me. They are so calm. After years of challenges with our dogs and their lack of manners, we are happy to report that after four sessions with Jeff our two dogs are much calmer and more responsive to us. Jeff has taught, and continues to teach us how to communicate our needs to our dogs.

I saw a difference in my dog in only one session!I have two young dogs that are great around the house, but I could not take them on a walk at all. We adopted a rescue dog in Oct. Sombra had never been socialized or lived in a household until she had been turned over to the breed rescue group at approx 15 mths of age. We are dealing with a variety of issues, including recognizing who is really in charge in our house all the time. The first session started a positive change and after 4 sessions we are seeing alot of progress both in her willingness to listen to commands and her issue with avoiding men. While Sombra is a good dog and non-agressive, she has a massive stubborn streak from being left on her own for the first 15 mths of her life. We are confident Jeff will train all all of us so we have a happy, confident household.

I met Jeff at a dog training meet up group that he held for free for people with dog problems, or those interested in dog training. Jeff was so generous, worked with all the many dogs. I was amazed b/c after 5 minutes of Jeff working with Ozzie I no longer recognized my dog. He was sitting and staying on command. I was sold, and since Jeff has been a god sent once a week for me and my dogs, and my dogs and I, are thrilled!

I have a 5 year old Goldendoodle that was dog aggressive. I was referred to Superior Dog Training by another dog trainer because I needed someone in the Atlanta area that did in-home dog training for aggressive dogs. In the short time that we have been working with Jeff, their has been an enormous difference in my dog's behavior.

He is very different from other trainers in that he senses the dog's personality and attitude and picks up on signals that we never even knew existed. Jeff has taught me how to interact with my dog and take control of any situation. Not only is he a fantastic dog trainer, but it is obvious that he really loves dogs and my dog loves him too!

It is a pleasure watching Jeff handle my four dogs. His training is not just for my dogs but for me as well. Years of my dog handling mistakes are being corrected in a very short time.
